Beginner Kickboxing Classes

Our beginner classes are group classes aimed at both men and women of all ages and abilities with no prior martial arts training. We don’t expect beginners to be fit, strong or flexible….. it is what you will become!!

There is no such thing as being too old or unfit to learn to defend your self, and within our unique friendly environment every beginner is made to feel welcome, and made to realise their unique ability.

The system developed by Del himself is a quick fix martial art combining both karate and kickboxing, all in English, easy to learn, gets you fit quick, and is more active than some other systems. There are specific levels of grade that can be aimed for that are easily achievable with a bit of training and commitment.

Learning a martial art gives more confidence reduces stress, increases energy levels and kickboxing will improve flexibility.

Beginner classes;

Monday 7pm – 8pm

Wednesday 8pm – 9pm
